Angel tarot reading vs oracle card reading...which one do I choose?
Tarot readings can offer you great insight into a specific question or life event. The cards objectively show the underlying situation, providing great detail as to what is happening right now for you, and what might be coming up for you in the future. They are based around specific elements and are more rigid in their meaning. The Angel tarot I use is a softer approach to tarot, and a great deck for those who may feel a little hesitant about tarot.
Oracle cards work in the same way, but I would say are not as structured as a traditional tarot deck. They offer uplifting messages and provide guidance and insights to tell you what you really need to know right now. They can also predict the future based on your current thoughts and emotions.
What types of questions should I ask the Angels?
I often find that during a reading, the Angles will share the most important messages you need to know most at this time. While sometimes the messages may not be exactly what we are expecting (the Angels may guide you in another direction for example) they will always honour your free will, and support you every step of the way.
In my opinion, it is best to ask open ended questions to get the most out of your reading. The information that comes through during a reading will often provide insights around a specific situation. If you ask an open ended question, you are opening yourself up to more possibilities and the recommended guidance from your Angels.
Some examples of open ended questions:
- What is coming up for me?
- What do the Angels want me to know?
- How can I progress in my career?
- What do I need to know about my love life right now?
- What guidance do the Angels have around my career/love life/finances?
- What is my life purpose?
- What can the Angels tell me about my business idea?
Asking open ended questions not only allows greater detail to present in the cards, but also allows you to have a full understanding of the guidance, and make an informed decision that is comfortable to you.
Remember that your Angels always want you to be your best self! The cards will show this to you in a non judgemental way.
